In-Person, Virtual, Hybrid

Currently, the COVID-19 virus situation appears to be under control and the world is migrating back to 'normality'.  Based on this optimistic view, we are planning an in-person meeting. However, if the virus situation gets worse,  we can pivot to a hybrid meeting,  or  to an entirely virtual meeting to ensure the health and safety of our attendees. But the need to have a virtual component won't be decided until July 1, 2022.

Regardless of the type of meeting, please follow these steps: (1) Create your user profile, (2) Submit your abstract (400 words or less), (3) Register for the IHCON meeting, and (4) Reserve your hotel room.

Please visit to: (1) create your user profile, (2) start an  abstract  submission process, and (3) register for the meeting. To book a room at  the Granlibakken Conference center please visit Granlibakken Registration

If we switch to a virtual-only meeting, you will be able to cancel your Granlibakken lodging/meal reservations up to July 9th, 2022 (they charge a $25 cancellation fee).
